1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data in Limited Liability Company "ONSOFT" (hereinafter - the "Operator").

1.2. The Operator considers the most important goal and condition for its activities to be compliance with human rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.3. This Operator Policy regarding personal data processing applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the User while using the Operator's website with the domain name https://on-soft.ru, including all its sections and pages (hereinafter - the "Site").

1.4. By using the Site, sending messages through the site and/or leaving a request for a proposal by filling out a web form, the User accepts the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with the provisions of the Policy, they must stop using the Site and its functions.

4.1. Processing of User personal data is carried out for the following purposes:

• Technical support in processing information, documentation and personal data using automation tools and without such use.

4.2. The Operator has the right to send the User informational messages about products, services and events. The User can refuse such messages by sending a letter to: mail@on-soft.ru with the note "Refusal from mailing".

5.1. The Operator processes User personal data on the basis of:

6.4. In case of detection of inaccuracies, the User can update the data by sending a letter to mail@on-soft.ru with the note "Personal data update". The User undertakes to immediately report changes to their personal data.

6.5. The term of personal data processing - until the moment of achieving processing purposes or until the moment of User withdrawal of consent to personal data processing - depending on which of the specified legal facts occurs earlier.

7.1. The Operator is obliged to ensure the presence of adequate protection of personal data when transferring them to the territory of a foreign state.

7.2. Cross-border transfer to countries with insufficient protection level is possible only with written User consent or for contract performance purposes.

8.1. The User can receive clarifications on personal data processing issues by sending a request to email: mail@on-soft.ru.

8.2. This Policy is subject to constant updating. All changes are published on the Site at: https://on-soft.ru.

8.3. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new edition.
